Shipping Information

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
Canpar or Canada Post will deliver the package within 2 - 10 business days from date of order. All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. The cost for shipping is $14.00 before tax.

Orders going to the United States will be shipped with Canada Post. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. The cost for shipping is $14.00 before tax.

Confirmation and Tracking

merben international inc. will provide a confirmation email with your tracking number (within 1-4 business days). In the unlikely event you didn't receive your confirmation email with a number, please let us know by e-mailing info@merben.com.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered, you may return the item for an exchange only within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and sent back in their original packaging. There are no returns on any brushes or hand, foot or body butters. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged item, please contact info@merben.com to let us know. Merben international will arrange to have a replacement sent to you. Photographic evidence may be requested.

Out of Stock Items
